What you need to know about our Fixed Price Servicing It’s available for all Volkswagens 3-15 years old, up to and including 2.0 litre engines following a time and distance fixed service regime. You’ll see in the details below that we charge Volkswagen labour times for all jobs and all our prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT which are valid until January 14th, 2016. We only use Volkswagen genuine parts, which come with our two-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items. Minor Service from £184 Our minor service will help prevent any little problems turning into big ones. The recommended service interval is every 12 months or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first). It includes: Oil & filter change. Replace pollen filter (where required). Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks,battery, coolant levels, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts and exhaust system. Full vehicle road test. Diagnostic check including report. Re-set service interval display. Volkswagen stamp in service book. |

Major Service from £354 Our major service will help your car running smoothly. The recommended service interval is every 24 months or 20,000 miles (whichever comes first). It includes: Oil & filter change. Replace pollen filter. Replace air filter. Spark plugs (petrol engine) or fuel filter (diesel engine). Remove wheels and check brakes. Check/adjust tension of all drive belts. Check gearbox oil level. Check final drive oil level. Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, bodywork, glass, locks, battery, coolant levels, drive belts, braking system, steering, hoses, drive shafts, suspension and exhaust system. Full vehicle road test. Diagnostic check including report. Re-set service interval display. Volkswagen stamp in service book. |

Cambelt & Water Pump from £494 Not changing your cambelt could cause a fair bit of damage to your engine. Thankfully, all you have to do is bring it to one of our retailers and they’ll change it for you. |

Brake pads from £169 Worn brake pads can affect your car’s stopping distance. Fortunately, all you’ll need to do is bring your car to one of our retailers and they’ll check them for you. And if they need replacing, they’ll do that too. |

Air conditioning service £139 Whether you like it hot or cold our service will restore your air conditioning system back to its best. |

Brake fluid change £69 Over time moisture gets into your brake fluid making it less effective. However, we’ll be more than happy to change it for you, all your need to do is contact us. |

DSG oil change £199 Old oil can cause real damage to your gearbox if left unchanged. Bring it to one of our retailers and we’ll check the gearbox for leaks, drain it and replace the oil filter before filling it with high quality gearbox oil to Volkswagen approved standards. |

Four wheel drive oil change £79 Old oil can cause significant damage to your gearbox if left unchanged. So bring it to us and we’ll remove the oil from the system and replace it with fresh oil of the correct grade to the correct level. |
