Technology and Safety.

An advanced infotainment system boasting connected services, effortless smartphone integration and in-car Wi-Fi access for up to seven devices improves every journey, making them more enjoyable.  An innovative 10.8-inch Head-Up Display projects key information onto the windscreen, within the driver's line of vision, to aid the driver without being a distraction.  Drivers can feel safer and more confident on the road, thanks to advanced Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies such as Intelligent Emergency Braking, Intelligent Forward Collision, Intelligent Lane Intervention and Rear Automatic Braking with Pedestrian Detection.

Engines and Performance.

The All-New Nissan Qashqai will be available with a 1.3-litre petrol engine, featuring a 12V mild hybrid (MHEV) system. This intelligent MHEV system provides torque assist, extended idle stop, quick restart and coasting stop (Xtronic only). Furthermore, it improves fuel economy and reduces CO2 emissions.

Nissan have introduced their innovative e-POWER drive system to Europe with the all-new Qashqai. Range anxiety is no issue with this self-charging hybrid, which combines a 152bhp petrol engine with a 140kW electric motor and a high-output battery; the e-POWER system delivers all the joys of driving a fully-electric vehicle without the need for charging.

The petrol engine with MHEV technology can be chosen as a 2-wheel drive with either a 6-speed manual or the Xtronic automatic transmission. If you're going for the Xtronic transmission you also have the option of choosing 4-wheel drive. The e-POWER version is only available in 2WD.
